Membership
Membership in The New York Law Institute is available to any member of the Bar in good standing.
Institutional Membership - (defined as more than 20 attorneys) such as law firms, corporate legal departments and other business entities applying for membership in the Institute will pay dues based upon the number of attorneys in their New York City office charged at a rate of $50. per attorney and billed annually. Fees are currently capped at $25,000 for firms with 500+ attorneys. A 1% discount applies to annual invoices. Paralegals and clerks are permitted to use the services at no additional charge. There will be no additional charge for new attorneys who join the firm during the membership term. Membership includes unlimited online access to several remote databases. Membership runs on calendar year.
- Individual Basic Membership - A fee of $1000 for all solo and small firms with 20 or less attorneys resident in New York City. Those paying annual invoices are offered a 1% discount. Paralegals and clerks are permitted to use the services at no additional charge. There will be no additional charge for new attorneys who join the firm during the membership term. Membership includes unlimited online access to several remote databases. Membership runs on calendar year.
- Branch Offices Membership - Branch offices of member firms that utilize the New York Law Institute directly are charged an additional $500 annual membership fee. Membership includes unlimited online access to several remote databases. Membership runs on calendar year.

Circulating Material
