The Copyright law of the United States (Title 17, U.S. Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyright materials. The New York Law Institute’s document delivery service will secure the right to use many of the documents in our collection. By working directly with the Copyright Clearance Center we can secure and pass along the rights to use the published materials. The New York law Institute will assume the materials are being used for general business use unless you otherwise note on your order. The New York Law Institute charges $3.50 per citation that is checked for copyright plus the actual copyright charges.
