NYLI staff now have access to the entire NITA Practice Collection on Cheetah. Our research librarians can access these well-respected practical guidance texts from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA), a leading provider of trial advocacy skills training for lawyers, on behalf of our members. These titles, written by expert litigators, cover topics ranging from prepare to practice skills, working remotely , advocacy, depositions, pretrial and discovery, litigation skills, mediation, arbitration, and the negotiation process. The materials are useful to the novice summer clerk and as a checklist for the most senior attorney.
